Part-Time Employee Benefits

Adjuncts who meet certain criteria may enroll in the Texas Group Benefits Program (GBP) administered by the Employees Retirement System of Texas (ERS).

Adjuncts may elect:

• Medical
• Dental
• Vision
• Dependent life
• Accidental death and dismemberment
• Optional term life
• Long- or short-term disability
• Flexible spending (TexFlex) plans

The premiums for these plans are paid by the employee. There is no employer contribution.

Adjuncts also have the option to enroll in the TCC supplemental health plan. Premiums for this plan are paid by the employee directly to Fox-Everett.
