Open Records Request

The Texas Public Information Act (PIA) allows citizens to request records from governmental institutions. However, it also allows these institutions to withhold records in specific instances.

Request Student Records

Students records are not provided by TCC's Office of the General Counsel.

Students should contact the District Admissions and Records Office for the following:

• Grades,
• Transcript requests,
• Academic status or
• Verifications.
