Pay for Classes Using Chapter 31 Benefits
Start your request to pay for classes as soon as possible to ensure your payment is received before the tuition payment deadline.
To pay for your classes using your Chapter 31 benefits,
- Contact your VA Veteran Readiness and Employment (VR&E) counselor to request a purchase order (PO) to the Tungsten Network, the VA's billing vendor.
- Business Services will receive your PO and check to make sure you've registered for
classes within the term specified on the PO.
- It is your responsibility to confirm that Business Services has received your PO before the payment deadline. Contact Business Services at 817-515-4PAY (4729) or BUSVHelp@tccd.edu.
- Business Services will place a courtesy hold on your account to prevent your classes from being dropped for non-payment.
- Business Services will move your qualifying tuition and fees to VA Chapter 31 sponsorship.
