Device Loan Program
TCC has computer devices for loan if you don't have the technology to take classes online.
Devices are limited and checked out on a first-come, first-served basis.
Types of Devices
We currently have a limited number of:
- Microsoft Surface Go, Non-LTE: You will need WiFi to use this device.
Am I eligible to check out a TCC device for my class?
Yes, all currently enrolled students are eligible to check out a device.
You will need your TCC student ID. You may also be asked to verify your enrollment.
How can I check out a TCC device for my class?
To check out a TCC device,
- Complete the online TCC device loan agreement form.
- Visit your preferred TCC campus library to borrow a device. You can pick up a device at the beginning of each semester.
- Return the device at the end of your semester.
Due to limited inventory, requesting a TCC device does not guarantee one will be available for you to check out.

Can I keep my device to use next semester?
No, you cannot keep the same device to use for your next semester, but you can check out another device at the start of your next semester.
To check out a TCC device for a new semester, repeat the steps for checking out a TCC device.
