Mobile Go Guidelines & Policies
Parking Guidelines
Follow these guidelines to allow for proper clearance for the truck and trailer.
The truck and trailer must:
- Have a designated and blocked off parking area
- Be in an area no less than 150 feet (about 8 parking spaces)
- Be 30-60 feet away from any building or structure
- Not be covered by overhead structures e.g. breezeways, trees or anything that will prevent the WIFI from connecting
- Not be parked in fire lanes; blocking street entrances as it is against city ordinances
Cancellation Policy
Tarrant County College reserves the right to cancel any MOGO event due to these unforeseen circumstances:
- Inclement weather conditions, including: extreme winds, snow or ice, severe thunder storms, etc.
- Scheduling conflicts
- Lack of program participation or attendance
- Unavailability of staff/driver
Please attach a map of the designated parking area with your reservation form when submitting your reservation request.
TCC Mobile Go Health and Safety Guidelines
The Tarrant County College Outreach team prioritizes the health and safety of our
participants, staff, and community. We reserve the right to adjust the number of student
participants on the MOGO trailer and modify event locations based on prevailing health
conditions, including COVID-19, or other factors impacting safety.
Data from reputable sources like the CDC Data Tracker and The Department of Health and Human Services guide our decisions. If health data suggests a risk, we may reduce participants from 20 to 10 to minimize exposure. In extreme cases, such as a significant health emergency or ongoing safety concerns, we may have to cancel the event or request to relocate it to a classroom or alternate location for safety reasons.
We appreciate your understanding as we prioritize safety during uncertain times. Please don't hesitate to contact the Outreach team should you have any questions or concerns.
