LCL Refund Policy

Do you need a refund for one of your Lifestyle and Community Learning (LCL) classes?

Review refund eligibility and contact Business Services if you have questions about how your refund will be processed.

All listed fees are subject to change without notice. LCL reserves the right to cancel any course section in which there is an inadequate number of enrollees.

Refund Eligibility

100 percent refund if:

• We cancel a class.
• You drop on or before midnight of the first calendar class day.

80 percent refund if:

• You drop before midnight of the second business day following the first calendar class day.

1- or 2-day Classes

100 percent refund if:

• We cancel a class.
• You drop before the end of the class.

Processing Time

All refunds take up to 6 weeks to be processed, depending on your method of payment.
