Program Description
Our Pharmacy Technician program will equip you with the skills you need to support licensed pharmacists in various settings, including:

What is an Occupational Skills Award (OSA)?
When you earn an OSA award, you enhance your marketability.
Employers see you have an OSA and recognize that you are are qualified for entry-level employment or industry-recognized certification or licensure.
The Pharmacy Technician program adheres to the minimum requirements set by the Texas Workforce Commission.
After Successfully Completing Our Program
You may register and directly pay for the Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) exam through your preferred certification organization:

Licensing Notice: Texas House Bill 1508
This program prepares you for an occupational license. However, you may not be eligible for licensing if you have a prior criminal history.

Eligibility Requirements
- Minimum 18 years of age
- High school diploma or GED
- Passing score on The Adult Basic Education (TABE) test, if applicable
- Compliance with Texas State Board of Pharmacy regulations

- Information session exit ticket
