Identity Validation

Please be prepared to provide a valid photo ID when visiting TCC offices. For virtual visits, you must turn on your camera and show photo identification for verification by TCC staff.

Accepted forms of photo identification include:

Consulate card

Monday–Thursday: 8 a.m.–7 p.m.
Friday: 8 a.m.–5 p.m.
Saturday: 9 a.m.–1 p.m. (drop-in only)

Online Chat Hours (Drop-In Only)

Scheduling an in-person, phone, or online appointment (include your student ID number in your email). Learn how to find your career advisor.
Using one of the available drop-in options for a short 15-minute meeting. Meetings are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Meeting with your assigned advisor is not guaranteed.
