Welcome from the TCC Connect President
TCC Connect is the sixth campus of Tarrant County College District. This campus is commonly known as the virtual campus, but it is much more. We offer eLearning, Weekend College and Dual Credit online. I invite you to explore our programs, designed with you in mind.
eLearning, or online education, provides flexibility and convenience for students who want to determine their own time and place of study, or save on commuting costs to the campus. You can enroll in one of the 43 fully-online programs, including Business, Computer Science, Cybersecurity and Office Technology, all of which have been designed to meet the needs of today's students.
Our Weekend College option offers an exciting opportunity to complete your associate degree in 18 months or less by attending just one day, either Friday or Saturday. This accelerated program, delivered in a combination of face-to-face and online modes, is designed for those who are eager to fast-track their education.
Dual Credit is not just an early start to your college journey, it's a smart financial decision. By participating in this program, you can earn a college degree while saving substantially on the cost of earning a degree, providing a sense of relief for both you and your parents.
As a student, you can access many services, including online advising, career advising, success coaching, supplemental instruction, and workshops. Moreover, you also have access to student clubs and organizations that help you learn additional skills, make contacts, and plan your future. Access also includes reaching top faculty who are experts in their subject and in the strategies to help you succeed in a digital education environment.
TCC Connect Campus has been recognized 11 times at the regional and national levels as a leader in online education, innovation, and student success. These recognitions underscore a team effort to serve all students, including those who may not fit the traditional college student profile, while validating the relevance and quality of online education.
My commitment is to lead our faculty and staff to continue to provide students with the best learning experience. Whether you are a first-year student in one of our fully online programs or part of our Weekend College, we are here to assist you. I look forward to facilitating your success and wish you the best of luck in your college experience.
