Graduation Honors
The GPA computation to determine honors counts only TCC courses and includes all coursework during the semester of graduation. A.A. and A.A.S. degree recipients must complete at least 30 semester hours in residence at TCC to qualify for honors. Certificate of completion recipients must complete at least 15 semester hours in residence. (Tarrant County College Catalog)
For the ceremony only, honors designations are based on your coursework completed and cumulative TCC GPA through the fall semester. It is designed to recognize your achievement, but may (or may not) change when the GPA is computed with the final spring semester grades.
