Program Description

Take your first step to becoming a Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA).

In our Cisco Support program, you will learn to:

  • Identify networking needs, design a system, and install the necessary network hardware and software
  • Maintain, test, and troubleshoot network systems
  • Monitor systems to make sure networks operate correctly and without interruption
  • Resolve computer network problems

Prepare for What You Will Do at Work

  • Work with a variety of people across the organization, specifically IT professionals
  • Collaborate with a team to manage essential systems and functions
  • Use analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Fulfill key responsibilities of a network support professional

Do I need computer experience?

We strongly recommend that you have experience with computers before starting this program.

However, if you do not have prior experience, please begin by taking this course:

Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) Certification

Our program is designed to prepare you to take the Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification exam.

TCC Award

After successfully completing the 4 required courses, you will receive a TCC Institutional Award for Cisco Support. 

Continue Your Studies

You can choose to convert you continuing education course credit to undergraduate credits through Prior Learning Assessment (PLA) Credit-by-Experience (CBE) guidelines.

You can then apply the credits you earn in this Cisco Support program to a degree.
