Report Suspected Privacy Violations
If you believe that an employee, faculty member, student, or vendor violated your (or someone else's) privacy rights or committed another violation concerning use of personal or sensitive information, you may report a suspected privacy violation with the TCCD Privacy Office.
The Privacy Office has the independent authority to receive and investigate complaints against TCCD staff and business associates.

Submit the Privacy Complaint Form.
All reports are anonymous unless you specify otherwise on the form.
Your Privacy at TCC
Remember that access to data is not ownership of the data.
TCC's Acceptable Use Guidelines state:
"All systems and people using TCCD Resources, whether on campus or remotely, are using the property of TCCD. TCCD Resources are to be used for business purposes in serving the interests of the college, and our students in the course of normal operations."
