Signing Up for Commencement

Graduates who wish to participate in the annual commencement ceremony in May will need to register.

Who's eligible to walk during commencement?

May ceremonies honor those who graduated in the prior summer or fall, and those who are candidates to graduate in the spring term.

A candidate is one who is enrolled in the final class(es) on the degree or certificate plan and meets all other graduation requirements.

How do I register for commencement?

Once you have made sure you've met all graduation requirements, complete the Graduation Interest Form. The form will be available after the start of the term when you will complete your graduation requirements.

1. Log in to MyTCCTrack
2. Select Graduation Overview
3. Select Graduation Interest Form
4. Select Submit next to the name of the academic program you're completing
5. Fill out the form (and answer questions)
6. Click Submit

If you cannot access the form for the term you will graduate in, please email graduation@tccd.edu from your student email account for help.
